Hello,
My name is Alina, I am 31 years old, I currently live in Nashville TN. I am originally from Estonia and fluent in Russian and English. I have lived almost 16 years in the US.

I have gone through a lot of personal changes in the last few years, especially last year. I definately felt a definate shift within myself, a sort of awakening. I've never been a simple person, I still don't really know who I am, but I definately feel that I am on a way to self discovery.

I would love to connect with other people, who are spiritually advanced, as I am still learning so much...I don't really know what to make of 2012, there are so many theories, I try not to get too caught up in the whole gloom and doom, end of the world type of thoughts and focus on the positive instead.
I do feel kind of alone at times....there aren't many people that I know that I can relate to.
At times I find it very difficult to function in the "real world", there are days when I feel it all to be so pointless, so surfaced and superficial, and I am still learning how to deal with those thoughts, at times it seems that I can feel all the sadness of the world, and other times my spirit seems to be so high and above the petty strife of every day life. I guess I am aware of changes that are coming and I am trying to learn how to prepare myself and to reach out, so that I won't have to do it all alone.

I currently work as a receptionist and an HR assistant for a wonderful art museum. Being an artist myself this has been the best job I ever had.

I wish I had more education than I do, I finished high school, had taken some classes here and there. If I didn't have to support myself and work a full time job and had some $ I would go to art school, that's all I ever wanted to do.

Art, music, photography, I love to make things, anything, whether it's a painting, jewelry, anything shiny, with feathers or glitter. I love being a girl.
I love nature, because of how perfect, free and complete I feel when I am amongst the beauty of it.

I love meditation, ambient or new age music, but I listen to some many different styles, depending on the mood. Some of my favorite musicians are: Pink Floyd, Jeff Beck, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, Buckethead, Tool, Kerli........many many many more.....will update this when I'll think of more.

Oh, there are gazillions of movies out there, how do you pick just a few? Well, I love "What Dreams may come", "The Secret", "What the Bleep do we know", "Avatar", all of the "Harry Potter" movies, "Lord of the Rings".........this list is not nearly finished, will come back.......

I'll have to look up some of the names, I forgot, will come back to list them.
