Constructive advice to help those panicking as 2012 is dawning

Some of you are panicking, others are questioning, and hopefully most of you are preparing. First thing you need to do is relax, take deep breaths and continue to read. No one truly knows what will happen in 2012, not the conspiracy theorists, not the anarchist, not the governments, the media or your local clergymen.

We know that this is gonna be a year has the potential of being a year of destruction, economic depression, possibility of a world war, spiritual enlightenment, human evolution and even Armageddon above all other years predicted by scholars, scientists, prophets, religions, cultures, clairvoyants and ancient texts. The best weapon you have against the unknown is information and preparedness.

Do not put all your eggs in one basket! Try to prepare for all possible outcomes of 2012 and beyond. Don't go into debt because the banks may not exist or become a recluse, or disappear off the grid and join a survival cuommunity. I will give you the tips necessary to build your own safe house, your own community and for some joining a survival community may be an option but shop around first, because some may be a scam and others may be too authoritarian neither which can help you survive.

Within this community posting, I ,with the help of others will give you the basic survival knowledge to keep yourself and loved ones alive when there is no more civilization and you are on your own.

Its recommended that you create a Survival book, with all the information posted, as paper can survive the Apocalypse. This will be the bible for your very existence. I have made 4 copies of my survival book, and have buried 3 of them, wrapped in comic book protector plastic sheath then placed inside of a heavy duty rubbermaid bin that was also cocking sealed and duck taped then wrapped in a heavy duty glad garbage bag with survival rations in various locations should I ever lose one.

You're survival rations should consist of waterproof matches, flint, swiss army knife, roll of fishing wire, water purification pills, iodine, personal canteen, fishing lures and hooks, first aid kit, rain poncho, cargo pants, hiking boots, wool sweater, soap, variety of heirloom seeds, and a sewing kit. Remember to package them to protect against moisture, decomposition and bugs.

This can be done for only $100 CAN or US absolute maximum cost. Just one kit can save your life for years. make at least 2 kits you have buried, and make sure you can remember the location in an emergency. I used locations that I'm fond of but also keeping them far apart that i can retrieve them under various circumstances. Another tip is to bury them deep enough no one will find them, but shallow enough you can dig them out with your bare hands without risk of cutting your hands as soil has Salmonella, E.coli and other bad bacteria in it.

Like the hitchhiker's guide to the galaxy says on its cover " DON'T PANIC!" Live your life as you always have and like fire safety, have an emergency plan in place and be ready to get out of dodge if you have to.

anarchist clairvoyants say, yup sounds good to me. I would also say don't use trees or moveable markers to mark your stash. Fire or something else could move your spot marker, look for wired rock formations, look were the sun sets type places.
