Is it possible to have a small group or community or new family get together and purchase a home and land which would support such a thing. Like maybe 7 to 9 unrelated people purchase a home and split the price amongst themselves?
And what is average price of say a 5 bedroom, 4 bath home? Also, can you purchase acreage on the Island (3 to 5 acres)? What kinda money are we talking there?
Is anyone else interested in what I am suggesting?
